From Málaga Airport to Torrox
Torrox sits 55 km east of Málaga Airport, about 45 minutes on the A-7. It is really two places: Torrox-Costa, a long seafront of apartment blocks around the Roman lighthouse, and Torrox Pueblo, the white village five minutes up the hill. The town advertises the best climate in Europe on its own signs, and a large German and Scandinavian community has taken it at its word.
The fixed price is €70 for 1–4 passengers in a premium Tesla sedan. For groups of 5–7 we quote the Tesla minivan on WhatsApp. There is no train on this side of the coast, and the bus means reaching Málaga bus station first, so a door-to-door transfer saves the best part of two hours.
Good to know
Torrox-Costa apartments are usually identified by the building name (Laguna Beach, Costa del Oro, Al-Andalus) rather than a street number. Give us the building and the driver takes you to its entrance instead of leaving you on the promenade.
Torrox Pueblo is up a narrow hill road with limited parking. The Tesla sedan reaches the village square without problems, and the driver helps with the bags for the last few metres if your street is pedestrian.

Is there a bus or train from Málaga Airport to Torrox?
There is no train. Buses require reaching Málaga bus station first and then an ALSA coach along the coast, about two hours in total with luggage. A private transfer takes 45 minutes door to door.
