The short answer
Your Book Malaga Transfer driver waits for you inside the arrivals hall of Terminal 3 at Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport (AGP), directly in front of the doors passengers come through after baggage reclaim. The driver holds a sign with the name given in your booking. All flights, domestic and international, Schengen and non-Schengen, exit through this same hall, so there is only one place to look.
Step by step after landing
- Passport control (non-Schengen flights only, for example from the UK or Ireland). Allow 10–30 minutes in summer.
- Baggage reclaim. Screens show your belt number. Trolleys are free.
- Customs and the exit doors. Walk through the "Nothing to declare" channel. The sliding doors open onto the public arrivals hall.
- Look for your name. Your driver is in the hall, usually a few metres from the doors, holding a sign. If you cannot see it, stop, do not walk away, and send a WhatsApp message: the driver comes to you.
What if my flight is delayed?
Nothing changes for you. We track every flight in real time from the moment you book, so a delay of one, two or three hours simply moves the pick-up. There is no waiting charge for delays caused by the airline. If your flight is cancelled and you are rebooked on a different one, send us the new flight number on WhatsApp and we reassign the driver.
What if I land at night?
The meeting point and the price are the same 24 hours a day. Málaga Airport receives flights well after midnight in summer and our drivers are in Terminal 3 for every one of them. There is no night surcharge.
Is there only one terminal?
Málaga Airport has Terminals 2 and 3, but they are connected inside the same building and all arriving passengers exit into the Terminal 3 arrivals hall. You do not need to know which terminal your flight uses. Our drivers park in the short-stay car park in front of the terminal, a two-minute walk from the hall.
Your confirmation contains
- The driver's first name and direct mobile number
- The vehicle type (Tesla sedan or Tesla minivan)
- The fixed price you will pay the driver, cash or card
- The destination address exactly as you gave it to us
