From Málaga Airport to Marbella
Marbella is 55 km from Málaga Airport and the journey takes around 40 minutes on the AP-7 motorway. It is the route we drive most often, to the Golden Mile hotels, the Old Town, Elviria and Las Chapas in the east, or Nueva Andalucía and San Pedro in the west. Your driver meets you in the Terminal 3 arrivals hall and you are on your way within minutes of collecting your bags.
The price is fixed: €70 for 1–4 passengers in a premium Tesla sedan, €105 for 5–7 passengers in a Tesla minivan. Tolls, luggage, flight tracking and waiting time for a delayed flight are all included. A metered taxi to Marbella usually costs €75–95 and, in summer, starts with a 30–45 minute queue.
Good to know
Marbella is long: Cabopino in the east and Guadalmina in the west are 25 km apart. The fixed price is the same for all of them, but tell us the exact hotel or urbanisation so the driver plans the best exit from the motorway.
The Old Town is pedestrianised. If your accommodation is inside it, the driver drops you at the nearest access point (usually Plaza de la Victoria or Avenida del Mar) and helps with the bags. Puente Romano, Marbella Club and the Golden Mile hotels have direct access.
